27. Bloodsucking Fiends - Christopher Moore [808/1520 53.16%]
This is the first book I read from Christopher Moore, and I'll probably be reading a lot more of his work in the future. In addition to being a well written and humorous novel, this one had the added bonus of having a modern interpretation of Emperor Norton as a character.

Date: 2004-12-02 05:02 pm (UTC)I think I was combining it with your list of books read each year. Still, if I thought I could get anywhere near 100 books read, it's something I could try (hmm...maybe 30 or 40 would be a better number for me)

Re: Christopher Moore
Date: 2004-12-01 03:40 pm (UTC)Now that I've read one of his books, I'll be getting the rest of them. (I rarely borrow books, because a: I like to own stuff I've read and b: I've got so many books of my own that I've not read that it doesn't make sense to add more)
As a side note: I need an email address for you so that I can invite you two to stuff. Drop me a line if you get a chance: mike at knauer.org.
