Disney fans?

Next October we're going to be visiting Disney World for our friend's wedding (yay!!!). I haven't been to Disney World in over 20 years (Michael Jackson's Captain EO was the brand new attraction at Epcot when I was last there).

For those of you who are big fans, or have just been there more recently, what are the must see attractions? What are your favorites?

The only thing on my list right now is seeing the Cirque du Soleil show La Nouba.

It wouldn't be Disneyworld without a stop at Space Mountain.

Also:
The "car test track" ride at Epcot
The new space ride also at Epcot
Dinner in the France pavilion
Lunch or dinner at Bongo's Cuban restaurant
Star Tours, the Star Wars ride, which is at Disney-MGM
If it's still there, the design-your-own roller coaster ride in Downtown Disney.

Do be sure to get an all-parks or multi-park pass. We loved being able to bop around from park to park.

Unfortunately Virtual Space Mountain, and all of Disney Quest in fact, is gone.

I see two space rides at Epcot: Spaceship Earth and Mission: SPACE, but neither seem to be really new.
