3. The Sharing Knife, Volume Four: Horizon - Lois McMaster Bujold
At last, the conclusion to the Sharing Knife series (something I kept thinking was happening with the last two books). Having traveled down the river in the last book, this volume has our heroes traveling back north to settle down and start a new life. As with the rest of the series, this one was a very enjoyable read. No big surprises though. Bujold does a good job of wrapping up the tales of most all the characters while still leaving a few stories to be told should she decide to return to this world.
