3. Eats, Shoots & Leaves - Lynne Truss [27 : 811/1518]

I started this book on the plane to Las Vegas, mostly because I finished my other book and couldn't easily get to my next one. I did want to read it, because it sounded like an interesting presentation of a topic I'd normally avoid. Will my punctuation improve as a result of reading it? Probably not, but I'm sure a few things will stick with me. Anyway, it's a fun book, but mostly directed to folks are true sticklers. Unfortunately, it's non-fiction so doesn't count in my goal for the year.

quota?

You have a *fiction* quota for the year? how much?

Why not count the non-fiction towards your goal? They're taking up space too. :-)

You know, I was thinking about it and I think I just want to _know_ how many books I read in a year.

Yeah, I laughed so hard at this book that my stomach hurt. Incidentally, it does in fact say "GEEK" across my forehead.
