12th night Annoucement

From an email sent to the EK list from the 12th night Steward:

"Due to predicted snow (don't get me started), the school has pulled our site citing insurance issues! As of right this minute, 12th Night is either cancelled or moved-- but I just received word and will notifiy people as I can.

PLEASE tell anyone you know that is planning on attending-- I will be calling those that I have phone numbers for (or -mails) in a few hours when I have more information.

We're going to wait and see how things settle out. I'm free that weekend, but we've got folks coming in from the Middle, and food that I need to think about. Plus that is Arisia weekend.

Can you make sure Joe & Kandy have seen this? My cell just died and I'm without charger. I think they were planning on leaving sometime early-ish afternoon to drive up to the hotel.

Yup, Mike got us in the grocery store as we were getting the final items.

Food should hold for a week. Going to freeze what needs it. Then I'm going back to bed, I was up quite late last night/this morning finishing stuff. I was planning to sleep in the car. We're planning on going to Craft Ale House in Limerick for dinner if anyone wants to join us.

Then y'all probably got bombarded! Right around the time I saw all of this going down is when I noticed my cell was dead-- and I was fretting about whether or not y'all would check online before leaving, and whether or not you'd notice the change in time to cancel hotel, etc-- so I was chatting on gmail w/ Brendan and asked him to text you, too.

I feel so cut off when my cell phone is dead! (I'm going to get a new charger today, grrrr.)
