Biofeedback game

I've always liked biofeedback stuff; it's interesting to see what folks come up with. My, admittedly biased, favorite is still Brain Ball. It's from a company I once worked for, and uses EEG to control the game. Fairly simplistic game, but you can produce more dramatic effects then the what they described in the article.
