Philadelphia went on sale around 11, and sold out in about 5 minutes.

Washington, DC; New York; Norfolk, VA; and Boston, MA are also sold out.

Hartford, CT; Providence, RI; and Columbus, OH are not, but probably will be soon.

Missed out, again, even though I was watching the movietickets page and had called the theatre twice this morning.

Rumor has it there will be at least one more pre-release screening before the official release. It's also worth noting that these screenings are not of the finished product.
