No, I think the program's view of Protestants is off. I reported that there is no God, prayer is useless, etc., and it listed a "Mainline to Liberal Protestant" score of 86% for me. I said that prayer should not take priority over actual medical treatment, and it listed a Christian Science score of 67%.
All I can guess is that the programmer was really sloppy. Either that, or their agenda was actually to convince people that they're religious, so they skewed the percentages upwards.
