6. Foundation and Earth - Isaac Asimov *

I have to say this wasn't a very good book. It picks up right where Foundations Edge ends, and ties together more of Asimov's worlds, but it wasn't very enjoyable or all that interesting.

7. Iorich - Steven Brust

Now this book was a lot of fun. It is the latest novel in the Vlad series and was a quick and enjoyable read.

Do you think that is because of your maturity or that his stories didn't age well?

I recall enjoying a lot of his stuff when I was younger, but I don't remember enough details to know why I did.

I think Asimov has some really good, interesting ideas. But his stories seemed to be about those ideas instead of the characters.
