14. Breakfast of Champions - Kurt Vonnegut *
More style then plot here (not to belittle the plot - it's just that that doesn't seem to be to point of the book). Fun with language and some great little stories by Kilgore Trout make for an enjoyable book.
Can you tell I'm getting more audio book time then sit down and read time these days? I'm still working on "A Fire Upon The Deep" by Vernor Vinge a little bit at a time.

Date: 2009-04-19 12:51 pm (UTC)Mike, are you counting audiobooks toward your 2009 read count? I'm on the fence if I would for myself...I guess if it is unabridged it's a close call for me, but a movie adaptation of a novel then becomes a potential notch in the bedpost as well.
Looking forward to Spring Thynge! I'll be coming down late morning after my Praxis II exam.

Currently listening to Stardust, the novelization of a graphic novel, that has also been made into a movie :)
