A few SCA bits

I put up some photos of the regalia I got at 12th Night.

Elizabet and John also have some photos up now.

I've added the Grand Tournament of the Unicorn on April 4th in the Midrealm to my SCA calendar. Three events a month is a bit much, but we'll see how it goes.

It's a 3:2:1 ratio of cream cheese, butter and brie.

What are the amts you use? Is it possible to half the amt for personal use? Also, do you use the white pepper I see mentioned in the Cariadoc redaction?

...I adore it...want to see if I can make it for dinner for Grimm and myself some time...(along with veggies...like, broccoli!)

That is why I gave you a ratio. I would probably do:

• 12 oz. of cream cheese (One and a half 8 oz. bricks unless your store sells 4 oz. bricks.)
  
• two sticks of unsalted butter
  
• 4 oz. of brie
  
• season to taste with salt, white pepper and/or nutmeg (this is what John likes to use)

I think this is a good amount for two people. You'll probably have some leftover, but won't be drowning in it. :)
