Looking for a dissertation

Does anyone out there have the right connections to get a hardback copy of a dissertation for a good price?
I want to get this: "Los libros de acedrex dados e tablas: Historical, artistic and metaphysical dimensions of Alfonso X's 'Book of Games'"
by Sonja Musser Golladay

I found one place to do it, but for an individual it will run over $100.

Why not buy the softbound for $41.00 from UMI and have it bound by someone?

They are the source I found for the $100 hardback. Your suggestion is a good option, though I've never looked into having something bound (and I'd really like a decent hardback).
