Racked several batches today: 5 gal hard cider, 5 gal blueberry melomel (fruit mead), 1/2 gal braggot (beer/mead). Added more juice to the 6 gal riesling pyment (wine/mead), now it gets to sit for a year (ugh!). Didn't have time to take SG measurements, maybe do that on Thursday. Still need to bottle the cordials and check in on the stuff in the basement.
I should start something new next week, but I'm not sure what. Right now I've been thinking either a chocolate mead or another metheglin (spice mead). Or I could *gasp* make a regular mead!
