If you're a ride person, The Rocking Rollercoaster at MGM is the only WDW inversion, I believe. Ryan and I once road it 11 times in a row! Expedition Everest in the Animal Kingdom gives you an awesome view of pretty much everything and is also a lot of fun. Space Mountain and Splash Mountain in the Magic Kingdom are also pretty neat. Soarin' in EPCOT is charming, but try to get a fast pass for it because I personally feel that it isn't worth standing in line for 90 minutes to ride it (although the queue music is great!)
