Unto the populace of our fair Barony of Bhakail, greetings!

It is my great honor to announce that Their Majesties Andreas Eisfalke
von Ulm and Gabriella von Ulm have rendered their decision in the matter
of the new Coronets of the Barony of Bhakail.

Our new Baron and Baroness will be Lord Nissim Aven Darmon and Lady
Sabine de Kerbriant.
