Misc update

I'm still working away on the Cattle Ultrasound software, so I'm spending my days in Wayne. This week everyone else is out of town, so it's pretty quiet.

Game Day was small but nice. I got to catch up with several people and play a few games - some old, some new. I should make an effort to play more of the games I've not played yet or not played this year. hughcasey gave me a CD with some great stuff on it - I need to get it into the rotation in the car.

The rain has canceled archery yesterday and today, so I'm using the time to get back to work on the EK History. Yesterday I was only able to finish updating one newsletter (The Mudpuppy) because my laptop is dying. I think the hard drive is finally going on it. I may need to set up one of our old PCs as a data entry box for a while.

I finally registered for Ubercon - found the discount code I had been looking for (UBERMA9 - good for $10 off the weekend rate). Galen will be merchanting there, so I may help him out a little.

What are you doing this weekend? I'm off from Thursday to Monday, and I feel bad that I didn't get to the Game Day...I need to fulfill my promise to make those boards...
