Well, they discourage/disallow using the name of a character or historic figure. Since this is not the exact name of a character is it ok.

Interestingly though both Eowyn and Eilonwy have not been documented as being used in period, but both are reasonable name constructions (the exact name may not be known, but names made the same way are).
