Shonen Jump is a very mixed bag, and I take it as such. Some of the strips (like Dragonball Z) are a complete waste of time for me. Others I find fun, and a fair number I find myself drawn into despite myself (like The One Piece, or Yu-Gi-Oh).

Not high art, certainly, but an interesting change of pace that helps illustrate the world beyond conventional American comics...
